Connect the tools you already use

Vanie AI plugs into your telephony and calendar stack: bring your own Twilio or Exotel numbers for calls, and let the agent book Google Calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365, or Cal.com slots mid-conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Q.01
Which phone providers can I connect?
Twilio and Exotel for inbound and outbound calls, using your own numbers. For direct carrier peering, Vanie AI also supports BYO SIP trunks (Jio, Vi, Airtel, Tata, Servetel). You keep your carrier relationship and rates — the agent just answers and dials on your numbers.
Q.02
Can I bring my own Twilio or Exotel account?
Yes. Connect your own Twilio or Exotel credentials and numbers and the agent uses them directly, so telephony is billed by your carrier and only the AI minutes draw Vanie AI credits.
Q.03
What calendars can the agent book into?
Google Calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365, and Cal.com. During a call the agent reads live availability and books, reschedules, or cancels a slot, then confirms it before hanging up.
Q.04
Do WhatsApp and Telegram need a separate integration?
No. WhatsApp and Telegram are built-in channels — the same agent and knowledge base answer there with no extra connector. You add a WhatsApp Business number or a Telegram bot token in settings.
