Why we exist
Most voice automation in India is still touch-tone IVR or offshore call-centre overflow — slow, English-only, and frustrating to callers. Vanie AIreplaces that with agents that understand natural speech in Indian languages, answer questions from your own knowledge base, book appointments, transfer to a human when it matters, and bill transparently in rupees. The platform runs on Google’s Gemini Live models for the real-time speech path, with per-tenant call recording, post-call summaries, and analytics built in.
What we build
Real-time voice, not menus
Agents listen, understand, and reply in a natural voice end-to-end on Gemini Live — over the phone (PSTN/SIP), WhatsApp, and Telegram. No touch-tone trees.
Multilingual by design
38 languages — English plus 8 Indian languages with native voices (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam) — tuned for natural, local calling worldwide.
Compliant by default
TRAI-aware calling (DLT-registered headers, NCPR/DND scrubbing, consent + recording preamble) and DPDP controls (per-tenant retention, PII redaction, right-to-erasure).
Bring your own everything
Connect your own Twilio/Exotel numbers or a direct SIP trunk, and bring your own Gemini key to pay Google directly — you keep your carrier and model relationships.
